for a few minutes at any of the color squares below
with small squares in the middle ... then look away
and see a surprise. This has no harmful effects, but is
an art experiment seen in art books. I've designed and
colored the squares on the computer, replicating this
fun experiment which I had seen in an art book.
What you will see when looking away:
The small middle square becomes the background color and
the background color becomes the color of the small
square !
Try the purple square with the small yellow square in
the middle. Look directly at the yellow square in the center
for two minutes, then look at your wall above your computer.
Relax and defocus your eyes. It will take a few moments.
Amazing !

Color ...
Explaining the color wheel
The color wheel looks pretty like a rainbow,
right ? But did you know there is a science to the
color wheel, a systematic understanding that,
once you learn it's simple yet amazing principles,
will lead you to never see a color wheel the same
again ! Ok , so here we go ...
Do you have your color wheel in front of you ?
Ok, so take a look at the color blue. What is the
color directly across from blue ? Orange , right ?
Yes, and orange is officially and in technical terms
the ' opposite ' color of blue. They are each a
' Complimentary color '. Any color opposite of each
other on the color wheel is called a ' Complimentary
color '.
So when you see the amazing and vibrant effect of
the colors bright blue and bright orange on a product
package, those colors are not put there by the manufacturer
by accident. They are there because these two colors
' vibrate ' with one another, giving the maximum attention
getter, especially when they are bright ( high intensity ).
